The Power Company Limited was formed in 1991 and owns the electricity network assets (power lines, substations, etc) in the Southland/West Otago area, excluding Invercargill City and Bluff.

Each year the design objective changes and a new look and feel is created depending on the focus for the year. The approach is to produce a crisp, clean and professional Annual Report with layout consistency throughout.
