A D Design has a proud history, built on the foundation of a well-established studio – a home to creative thinkers who have over 15 years of combined experience. We offer clients not only our experience, but the benefit of a small yet dynamic studio. This means you receive our absolute attention, superior access to our varied creative talents and the pleasure of working directly with the person creating your project.

As creative thinkers, we specialise in a number of disciplines and have a passion for making an impact in the design world. We are committed to offering digital and print solutions that strategically market and communicate your business story. Meet the team

Haylee Officer Director + Designer

Armed with a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design from the University of Waikato, Haylee started working in the design industry in 2011 before taking the helm of A D Design in 2015. With her down-to-earth attitude, she’ll deliver a creative and smart design solution to position your brand for impact and success. Not one to sit still for long, Haylee is a bit of a chameleon and can work in any environment. When she has down time she loves to hit the gym, go for walks with the family or enjoy a cheeky Jameson on the rocks.

Michaela SnymanDesigner

Joining us in 2020 with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Communication Design, Michaela has a real love for brand design, illustration, and photography. She is constantly looking for opportunities to help clients and express their vision through design. Outside of the studio, you’ll find Michaela at the gym, up the mountain during the winter, or enjoying a coffee with her husband.

Janet Arnold Office Manager

The lady in the know! Janet has worked in the creative industry as the accounts/office manager for a-number-of years and is great with the clients. When Janet leaves the studio, she can generally be seen walking her dogs or taking the grandchildren out for a hot chocolate.

Meet Charlie

Charlie has a keen passion for all things design. His main job here, which he takes very seriously, is being our beloved mascot. He gets a front row seat to the studio’s daily grind, often putting in his two cents throughout the creative process. Keeping the team in line and thinking on their feet is his number one priority.
